Russia and Egypt to establish ‘free trade zone’ and build nuclear reactor

I was just wondering how israel, who can’t cease whining about Iran’s imaginary nuclear weapons, will feel about Egypt, a country in their actual border, with a nuclear program.
Regime change now would be an appalling affront to democracy, but when has that ever stopped Usrael before?
