Russian Deputy Prime Minister calls for Cold War civil defense training to be revived

Ed note (MG)~Please understand the language used here.  On the surface it seems innocuous enough,  saying that due to the aggressive behavior on the part of the US that Russia should do what’s necessary to protect her people, but what is actually being said in a more subtle dialect understood only by those operating at the highest levels of the political food chain is that Russia is readying herself for the mother of all battles with America.
