Israeli forces have destroyed the shrine of St. Peter the Just in the town of Shamaa in the Tyre district, according to official and local media reports.
The Lebanese National News Agency reported that Israeli artillery shelling targeted the area of the ancient citadel in Tyre, where the shrine was located.
The site was listed as part of a UNESCO World Heritage area, granting it international cultural protection.
According to the report, surrounding hills near Shamaa were subjected to intermittent shelling early Monday, though there was no immediate confirmation of casualties.
Lebanese media, including Al-Akhbar, said Israeli forces had bulldozed the shrine before destroying it in an airstrike.
The shrine had previously been destroyed during the 2014 war before being restored by local residents, who regard it as an historical religious site.
The incident comes amid continued Israeli airstrikes across southern Lebanon.
According to the Lebanese Ministry of Health, the religiously-commanded Genocide of Gentiles since 2nd March has resulted in 2,055 deaths and 6,588 injuries.
Israeli military operations continue across southern Lebanon, where Israeli forces have maintained a presence in certain areas for decades, alongside renewed incursions during the current escalation.
Reasons the Jews hate Lebanon, in no particular order.

2. Lebanese people are the most hospitable people in the world, which contradicts their media driven narrative that “all Arabs are terrorists”.
3. South Lebanon is the place where Jesus performed his first Miracle.
4. Lebanese are Gentiles, which they, the Jews, are religiously commanded to kill.
5. Lebanon has the ‘most intact’ Roman Empire ruins. They hate Rome, see 70AD.

It is commonly believed in Lebanon, both by Christians and Muslims, that Jesus Christ was not a Jew, and neither was His mother Maryam, but that they were both Phoenecian.
Furthermore, and we cannot underscore the importance of this when understanding the perverse ‘mechanics’ of how the Jewish Brain functions, the Lebanese (and Arabs of the Levant in general, as well as the Turks, Persians, etc) are, from a physical viewpoint, very pleasing to the eyes. They have beautiful features, whereas the Jews, (with only microscopically rare exceptions) show the evil within them on the ugliness of their visages. Consider ‘specimens’ like Alan Dershowitz, any member of the Knesset, Harvey Weinstein, Woody Allen, Bette Midler, etc. Their satanic DNA shows through in their physical ugliness, otherwise referred to ‘biblically’ as the ‘Mark of Cain’.
What, if anything do you make of the idea that Jesus and Mary were Phoenician? So was Joseph Judean or was he a Phoenician as well? At least in that scenario. Would that mean he wasn’t from the tribe of Judah? What are your thoughts on the idea, because this is the second time I have heard you mention that they think Jesus was a Phoenician and I had never heard it from anyone else. Theologically that would change everything, wouldn’t it?
Ed note–The biblical (Gospel-based) lineage ‘connecting’ Jesus to the tribe of Judah and to ‘King’ David comes solely from Joseph who, from the Christian perspective, was only a ‘step-father’ to Jesus.
Therefore, the only ‘official’ record there is of Jesus having any ‘blood’ connection to the Jews runs through someone who, again, at least from the Christian perspective, had no blood connection to Jesus at all.
