This is primarily speculation since no details have been released. How can Kushner and Greenblatt put together a proposal that isn’t lopsided in favor of Is Ra El? Or are Kushner and Greenblatt simply the front men for Jewish consumption and the plan has been drafted by others? Does Russia have a role in the implementation of the plan? Will Trump ally with Russia to make the Jews and the rest of the Jewish controlled West accept the plan? In a two state solution, the ‘right of return’ might be feasible, depending upon division of land. In a one-state solution, the ‘right of return’ would never happen. The Jews don’t want either of those solutions. They simply want the Palestinians gone or dead. So how does Trump force the Jews to accept a deal? And even if the Jews are forced to accept it, it would only be temporary, since they would renege at the first opportunity. For the Jews to accept a deal, it would have to be a Masada moment–if one believes that story.
