It is none other than Colin Powell, Sec. of State in the administration of the little monkey George W. Bush in the run-up to the invasion/destruction of Iraq taking place during Purim of 2003. In making the case for war, Powell held up a vial as a ‘visual aid’ in warning of the dangers of Iraq’s ‘WMD’ program and how the entire world stood on the brink between life and death as a result and the only way to prevent this imminent ‘ELE’–extinction-level event–was to engage in Apocalyptic war.
And the UN agreed, thus giving the forces of mass murder and Gentile-cide the war they wanted, and all of it based purely upon a mountain of lies.
Not the only time that the UN has willingly played the prostitute to American/Zionist interests and given its seal of approval to various ‘resolutions’ put forth by the powers controlling her. Libya was destroyed in like fashion, and a decade or so earlier, Serbia.
Now, the smart money says that indeed there are chem-labs in Ukraine and that as usual, the Americans are up to their eyebrows in the dirtiest of all business.
But this is (likely) not the ‘big story’ involving these bio-weapons labs. The ‘big’ story is much much worse, and the chances are that the story involving the labs is what they refer to as a ‘limited hangout’ in intelligence parlance which is defined thus–

Now, at present everybody and his brother it seems is hyper-focused on the recent ‘testimony’ of Victoria Neuland who is SINGULARLY responsible for all this business involving the hostilities in Ukraine that could very rapidly escalate into nuclear war.
In particular, they are honing in on the exchange that took place recently between her and arch-NeoCon Sen. Marco Rubio–
–Israel’s choice for the Republican nomination in 2016.
In this little exchange between these 2 operatives for Judea, Inc that now has got the entire right-wing/MAGA crowd honking like a bunch of geese, Nuland ‘shows a little leg’ to those ‘peeping Toms’ looking for that ‘smoking gun’ in the aftermath of the Mossad-engineered pandemic known as ‘Covid’ exactly what they need to keep them busy for a while–
Clearly, Nuland all but admits that there are indeed ‘research facilities’ that COULD contain ‘research materials’ (i.e. bio-weapon pathogens) and that those at the State Department are concerned that these ‘materials’ could fall into the hands of the most evil man in history, this year’s reincarnation of Haman, Vladimir Putin.
Rubio however, doing EXACTLY as he was told to do beforehand, provides Nuland with her ery own ‘back door’ escape route, which is to say that any possible ‘attack’ involving these ‘research materials’ would–in Rubio’s words, be ‘100%’ the Russians’ doing.
Now, those who follow the work that we do here on this humble little informational endeavor know that it was here, and to the best of our knowledge, ONLY HERE, even up to the present time, where the theory was introduced that what prompted Putin to initiate military actions in Ukraine was his receiving information that the Mossad/CIA were planning to sabotage the nuclear reactor at Chernobyl, looking to profit off of the political disaster that would have followed for Putin, given that the plant is Russian. Ultimately, as these forces hope, the political pressure would be so devastating that the Russians would be forced to crawl off to some obscure corner of the world where they no longer project any presence viz their political or military power, including and ESPECIALLY in the Middle East, where the organized forces of anti-Gentilism want them GONE.
Now, doubtless that Putin has communicated–either tacitly or explicitly–to America and Israel that he is fully aware of what they were planning and will ‘spill the beans’ to the entire world of what was to take place viz ‘Jernobyl, Part Deux’, in and of itself the equiv of a nuclear bomb on the political level.
Doubtless as well that he made clear to them that it would be the first of many subsequent ‘explosions’ that would have included as well Mossad/CIA’s role in the assassination of JFK, their joint role in Israel’s attack on the USS LIBERTY, their involvement in 9/11, Covid, etc, etc, etc.
THEREFORE, in order to ‘pre-empt’ such actions and to discredit it ahead of time, the 2-headed hydra has at this time elected to ‘come clean’ on all of this with the discussion of ‘bio-weapons labs’ featuring–BY NO MERE COINCIDENCE, ALL CAN REST ASSURED–2 of the most important operatives which the Mossad/CIA hydra possesses, Victoria Nuland and Marco Rubio.
As we like to point out here often on this humble little informational endeavor, no one ever accused ‘them’ of being stupid.

The United Nations on Friday said it had no evidence Ukraine had a biological weapons program while Washington and its allies accused Russia of spreading the unproven claim as a possible prelude to launching its own biological or chemical attacks.
Russia called the meeting of the 15-member U.N. Security Council to reassert through its envoy Vassily Nebenzia, without providing evidence, that Ukraine ran biological weapons laboratories with U.S. Defense Department support.
Member countries called the claim ‘a lie’ and ‘utter nonsense’ and used the session to accuse Russia of deliberately targeting and killing hundreds of civilians in Ukraine, assertions that Russia denies in a 15-day offensive it calls ‘a special military operation.’
Izumi Nakamitsu, the U.N. High Representative for Disarmament Affairs, told the council the United Nations is ‘not aware’ of any biological weapons program in Ukraine, which joined an international ban on such arms, as has Russia and the United States along with 180 other countries.
Under a 2005 agreement, the Pentagon has assisted several Ukrainian public health laboratories with improving the security of dangerous pathogens and technology used to research. Those efforts have been supported by other countries and the World Health Organization.
The WHO told Reuters on Thursday that it had advised Ukraine to destroy high-threat pathogens housed in its public health laboratories to prevent ‘any potential spills’ that would spread disease among the population. read more
The U.S. envoy to the United Nations, Linda Thomas-Greenfield, said Washington was ‘deeply concerned’ that Russia called the session as a ‘false flag effort’ to lay the groundwork for its own use of biological or chemical weapons in Ukraine.
Although she provided no evidence of an imminent Russian threat during the meeting, she said: ‘Russia has a track record of falsely accusing other countries of the very violations that Russia itself is perpetrating.’
She added: ‘We have serious concerns that Russia may be planning to use chemical or biological agents against the Ukrainian people.
‘The intent behind these lies seems clear, and it is deeply troubling,’ she said. ‘We believe Russia could use chemical or biological agents for assassinations, as part of a staged or false flag incident, or to support tactical military operations.’
Responding to Thomas-Greenfield’s statement, Nebenzia recalled then-U.S. Secretary of State Colin Powell’s 2003 Security Council testimony when he presented what Washington claimed was proof that Iraq was hiding banned weapons of mass destruction programs.
The United States used the assertion, which turned out to be false, to justify its 2003 U.S. invasion of Iraq.
Answering the Russian envoy, Thomas-Greenfield said: ‘I know that you expect me to respond but we’re not going to give any more airtime to the lies that you’re hearing today.’
U.S. allies echoed Thomas-Greenfield’s concerns that Russian President Vladimir Putin’s government was spreading the claim of a U.S.-backed bioweapons program in Ukraine to prepare its own chemical or biological attacks in Ukraine.
‘The council should not be served with fantasies or starry-eyed stories, but with proof independently verified and collaborated,’ said Ferit Hoxha, the ambassador of NATO member Albania.
‘We should therefore be very worried that in spreading such disinformation, a crescendo of allegations about weapons of mass destruction could serve as yet another pretext for Russia to prepare the ground and use chemical or biological weapons during its ongoing invasion of Ukraine,’ he said.
French Ambassador Nicholas de Riviere noted, as did several other envoys, that Russia allegedly used a nerve agent in failed attempts to kill jailed opposition leader Alexei Navalny and a former Russian intelligence officer, Sergei Skripal, who defected to Britain, and his daughter.
Russia denies these allegations.
Speaking to reporters earlier on Friday, U.S. President Joe Biden warned Russia that it would pay a ‘severe price’ if its military should use chemical weapons against Ukraine.
