THE JEWISH CHRONICLE

The Board of Deputies has met Sky News executives to discuss the broadcaster’s coverage of the recent upsurge of violence in Israel.

The Board’s chief executive Gillian Merron said: “We raised the way in which headlines in the UK media have frequently minimised the violence against Israelis and expressed the community’s deep concern that the context of anti-Jewish incitement was often missing from reports.

The two organisations agreed that Board leaders would meet Sky’s Middle East reporters in order to calm fears about media bias and strengthen ties between the two bodies.

“We very much welcome the offer of ongoing contact with Sky News in the interests of ensuring what we all want to see: impartial, well-informed and balanced coverage,” Ms Merron said.

Sky News head John Ryley said: “I believe that Sky’s reporting has striven to be the best possible in a complex and fast moving situation. I acknowledge the need to ensure that our coverage provides the full context at all times.”

  1. Just because Israeli Jews are violent, homicidal, blood-soaked, back-stabbing, thieving treacherous cultists doesn’t mean that the media should report on what their eyes see.

To report on the six-decades long murderous actions of Israeli Jews against Palestine, Lebanon, Iraq, Egypt, Turkey and others without ‘filtering’ out the unseemly aspects is racism and anti-Semitism, and the world should understand that.

After all, that’s how royalty get treated, with silk gloves, respect, submission and pleas to let us give you more money, weapons and protection against those vile anti-Semites who are operating under the delusion that there is some kind of international law against those who commit crimes against the GOY.
