The USA has done exactly that.

Also, these countries can expand their jurisdiction to universal jurisdiction, so they can assert jurisdiction even over foreigners that cause any effect in the host nation or if they target the host nation in any way.

In short, everything Russia, Iran or China do not like the Zionists doing, for example, they need to pass laws to make it a criminal offense.

So once an American official, say, Neuland, or, for example, a Jewish criminal like George Soros meddles in any country’s affairs, he can be charged criminally in that country and an arrest warrant issued against him/her. His name could then be placed on an Interpol red corner alert. As soon as the international Jewish criminal George Soros, for example, boards a plane, or is pulled over, he can be arrested and extradited to Russia to stand trial for his crimes.
