I rather suspect a collapse of the dollar and the euro to be followed by the introduction of electronic currency. Gold or yet, silver (LOL) will never be a currency or any medium of exchange. You will be allowed a bank account with a withdrawal card and you will be told where to shop and where the card will be accepted.
