In his testimony to the Jan. 6 Committee, lawyer for former Vice President Mike Pence Greg Jacob said that while they were in the bunker, he pulled out his Bible and turned to the story of Daniel in the Lion’s Den.

Ok, first things first, which unfortunately is somewhat on the ‘unpleasant’ side of things, but then, the ugly truth usually is, which is the following statement of fact–
Anyone still drinking from that ‘well’ known as the ‘alternative media’ that–to whatever greater or lesser degree–deals with the ‘JQ’, meaning the Jewish Question, might as well be drinking from every other source of misinformation/disinformation out there, given that that same ‘Alternative Media’ is now defacto a small but nevertheless incorporated neighborhood within that larger entity known as the ‘Deep State’.
The proofs are many, but in terms of how it relates to the following story, it must be remembered that across a very wide spectrum of writers, commentators and ‘anal-ists’ within that same ‘alternative’ media claiming various degrees of expert-cy on the ‘JQ’, almost to a man they got it DEAD WRONG as far as the entire DJT POTUS thing was concerned.
Despite what was the earsplitting screeching pouring out over the airwaves and internet indicating beyond any doubt that the Sin-a-gog was gunning for DJT’s destruction, across almost the ENTIRE spectrum of ‘Alternative Media’ writers, ‘anal-ists’, commentators, etc the near-unanimous declaration was that DJT was ‘owned by dJooz’ and the ‘favored son of Judea’, and all of this based upon those political things he did/said that were necessary in order for him to capitalize on what it was he was planning to do in terms of preventing the very same global meltdown/WWIII that is progressing like a wildfire as of this very moment.
Now, as it relates to the story below (and particularly the pregnant-with-implications title of the piece emanating out of the Hebraic press) what the Gentile reader with a vested interest in his/her own skin should take away from this is that the Jan. 6 Committee aimed at destroying whatever snowball’s chance in hell that DJT may hope to possess in returning in 2024 is being managed/directed right out of the office of Benjamin Netanyahu in Israel, and furthermore all of this is being done to prevent what it was that DJT was trying to accomplish before being robbed of his election victory–a ‘peace deal’ in the Middle East that would see the Jewish state walled in at its present borders rather than expanding to those planned lines drawn out within Judah-ism’s holy book, the Torah, i.e. from the Nile to the Euphrates rivers.

Day 3 of the Jan. 6 special committee hearings was all about Vice President Mike Pence, and the emotional climax involved a classic story from the Torah, the Hebrew Bible.
It came during nearly two-and-a-half hours of testimony from Pence’s lawyer, Greg Jacob, when U.S. Rep. Pete Aguilar of California asked how Jacob’s faith had guided him during that fateful day. The lawyer described fleeing to a secure location with the vice president as a mob chanting ‘hang Mike Pence’ stormed the Capitol.
While they were in the bunker, Jacob said, he pulled out his Bible and turned to the story of Daniel in the Lion’s Den.
‘Daniel 6 was where I went,’ he said, ‘and in Daniel 6, Daniel has become the second in command of Babylon, a pagan nation that he completely faithfully serves. He refuses an order from the king that he cannot follow, and he does his duty — consistent with his oath to God. And I felt that that’s what had played out that day.’
That’s a pretty good summary of the background to the story. The metaphor stops working after that — King Darius quickly realizes his error and begs the prophet’s forgiveness, unlike Trump, who continued to disparage Pence and insist the election was rigged.
Pence is an Evangelical Christian, and the committee has used that to reinforce an image of the vice president as a moral leader who helped protect American democracy. Jacob’s nationally televised recollection of the day of the insurrection began with the vice president leading a prayer.
Aguilar, a Democrat from the Inland Empire, followed Jacob’s testimony about the Book of Daniel with a clip from Marc Short, Pence’s chief of staff, who recalled sending the vice president a text message with a Bible verse after the drama died down.
‘At 3:50 in the morning, when we finally adjourned and headed our ways,’ Short said in the video clip, ‘I remember texting the vice president a passage from Second Timothy, Chapter 4, Verse 7, about, I fought the good fight. I finished the race. I have kept the faith.’
Aguilar underlined this for emphasis.
‘He started his day with a prayer and ended his day with a Bible verse,’ he said of Pence. ‘I’ve fought the good fight. I finished the race. I’ve kept the faith.’
