Orthodox man jailed for 14 years for raping ex-wife

The Jewish Chronicle reports the case of a “strictly Orthodox” Jew (which I take to mean one of the religious Jews who are ipso facto innocent, unlike the “leftist anti-zionists”) who was, from what I understand, raked through the coals of the Goy justice system for a transgression that should have been dealt with only by his community.

Here is the JC report, with my commentaries and clarifications in square brackets in italics

A strictly Orthodox man found guilty of the kidnap, rape and false imprisonment of his ex-wife has been jailed for 14 years.

The man, in his sixties, showed no emotion as Judge Nigel Peters passed sentence at Snaresbrook Crown Court on Monday. [Why should he show emotion in front of these Goyim? He answers to a Higher Authority.]

In addition to two 14-year sentences for two counts of rape, he was sentenced to seven years for kidnap and false imprisonment. The sentences will run concurrently.

[The article does not mention if his ex-wife was really properly “ex”: did she get a “git” or not? If she did not, then to my mind the religious man still had his rights over her. But that’s me.]

Asking the judge to apply the strictest sentencing guidelines, prosecutor Charlotte Newell said the offences showed a significant degree of planning, and an abuse of power over the woman.

The rape victim, she said, was “particularly vulnerable due to the nature of her relationship with the defendant and the cultural restrictions within which they operated”.

[Just what did this Goy prosecutor mean by “cultural restrictions”? It sounds to me like a snide anti-semitic remark implying that Judaism makes a woman more vulnerable!]

Defending barrister Jonathan Goldberg told the judge his client may have acted in the heat of the moment following a discussion with his ex-wife about the paternity of two of their children.“A husband discovering one and possibly two of his beloved children are or may not be his is grave provocation and mitigation and explains this extraordinary behaviour on the day in question,” he said.

[This was a poor defense. With a very small effort he could have produced psychiatrists to testify that when a man — much more so an Orthodox Jew living under the divine decree “Multiply!—finds out that the children he had with his wife may not be his, his natural reaction is to rape her in order to make some of his own.]

The defence barrister also invited the judge to consider the effect of the man spending time on remand, where, according to Mr Goldberg, as a Charedi Jew he had been mocked and jeered at for his appearance by eastern European and Muslim prisoners.

[That was not bad but is still weak. How about the Holocaust?!?]

In passing sentence, Judge Peters told the man: “You have planned and committed an act of great degradation and great cruelty in locking up your ex-wife, having tied her down and raped her.”Judge Peters said the man had lured his wife to his warehouse under the pretext of looking after his granddaughter, before spraying her with mace, tying her up, and bundling her into what was described as a “dungeon.”

[Dungeon, shmungeon! These are details designed to make the impressionable Goyim weep. You want suffering? Why not ask the man about his relatives who perished in the Holocaust and how that knowledge affected him?]

“There was no excuse or reason you could properly give, as to why you didn’t cut the ties that were holding her down. You left the premises to get back to a young child and to cook your son a meal very shortly before [the start of a religious] festival and you left her there in darkness in the lower part of the safe room tied up,” he said.

[Duh! If he had not tied her she would her run away. Commendable that he observed the religious holidays in the midst of his great exertions to acquire progeny.]

DI Neil Rawlinson of the Metropolitan Police’s sexual offences, exploitation and child abuse command, said: “This verdict marks a momentous milestone for all victims of rape. It is important to note that the victim in this case was fully engaged throughout the police investigation but at the point of the trial, felt unable to attend. Due to the overwhelming evidence gathered by my officers, which supported all aspects of the victims account, the CPS agreed to proceed with the trial without the victim – a first of its kind for rape. My officers worked tirelessly with forensic experts to gather and present the best evidence possible, with their tenacity being reflected in this outstanding outcome at court.

[Missing is the explanation of why she did not attend. She may well have regretted bringing such tsures on the head of a man who was once her husband and shaming the Community in front of Goyim.]

It is sad to see this obviously deeply religious man brought to such a shameful and excessive castigation. With apologies to Yeats’ “Leda and the Swan,” it is mind-blogging to contemplate that the “shudder in the loin engendered there” the prison wall, and the watch tower for 14 years.

If Pollard could get his life term reduced to 30 years, perhaps this man will get his term reduced as well.

One question: It sounds like he would be at risk among non-Jews inmates, so why not set up a separate Prison for Jews Only. It would only serve kosher meals and it could have, just like in real life, separate sections by social class: say, embezzlers, stock manipulators, insider traders and generally higher-class Jews at the top of the penitentiary comfort level, apart from the “general population” of rapists, pedophiles, gropers and voyeurs. There are categories – like organ traffickers— that could fit in either of the two tiers, depending, I suppose, on the volume of their business. But that may well apply to pedophiles like Jeffery Epstein as well, whom I don’t see placed in the “general population” section. Just a suggestion.

  1. I won’t bother ripping to shreds your entire vomiting of claptrap and untruths when I can stop at the first. If you don’t even know how to spell the term for religious divorce, how much of the rest of your diatribe is accurate?
ed note, MG–Helen Oster is a regular hasbara agent here, her IP hails from Israel and she regularly changes her IP address so as to avoid the spam filters I have set up preventing her from commenting. Don’t be surprised at what she says about this story–I have seen mountains of commentary from her in the comments moderation section where she has bold-facedly lied over the most egregious, bone-chilling news coverage dealing with her fellow cult members and the demonic behavior in which they are by their very nature inclined to engage. In the future, any comments left by her should not be posted, as it only encourages criminal elements like her to continue in their attempt at distracting us from intelligent discussion.

  2. Why, Helen Oster, thank you for pointing out to me that the rabbi’s permission for a Jewish divorce was misspelled as “git.” Indeed, it is “get,” and it puzzles me that I did not remember it by association if nothing else, since “get” is often the spirit of it, with so many rabbis caught demanding substantial payment under the table to grant it.
As for your calling the article in the Jewish Chronicle a vomitus of claptrap and untruths, I think that such a hostile outburst may qualify you as a self-hating Jew.

  3. Well ,well Aridnatheo, we have a “Chosen Person” visitor!
How typical that she, like so many Jews, denies the horrid instructions of their own Yahweh cult, while adhering to and believing in them !
Deny, deny deny. ‘We are innocent,’ is their eternal refrain.
The ‘Apple of God’s eye,’ who is the Demiurge, are always so offended by revelations of their own actions.
Of course your critic, would get you on ‘spelling,’ as the Jews are most pedantic á la the scribes, and Pharisees.
Typos, and androids often have minds of their own !
But Jews are into perfection of ,the Law !
The thrust of the article fully displays the collective insanity of the Jews.
The most reactionary cult on earth.
To think the preservation of these cretins are what the entire planets sufferings have been about for 5000 years .

  4. So… according to Carlin, 9/11 was religious terrorism? Unless he was thinking of judeozionism I don’t see it. Also, religion is NOT the reason most killings in history were perpetrated “than for any other reason,” as he said. The American Civil War, WWI or WWII were not religious wars, just to quote three enormous carnages. Practically NONE of the wars of Greco-Roman antiquity were waged for religious reasons.
He did not have a good grasp of history. The nuns did not rap him on the knuckles enough when he was taking history in school.

  5. @#5,
    9/11.was religious terrorism.
Athena/Minerva of Greco-Roman antiquity were also religious
    lust for glory and power.
The American “Civil” war and WWI &WWII were instigated and
financed by the same kosher religious hate and lust for power we are
    seeing today.
Mr Carlin, I think had a very good understanding of history.
He also had an ability to share it in a comprehensive and humorous
way with an audience that did not normally consider such things with
any critical thoughts of their own.
As for the nuns not “rapping him on the knuckles enough”, maybe
that is what promoted his own reflection the most.
The only “nuns” I ever heard about from my mother and father were
mean and cruel reflections from their own childhood.
Plus, one of Mr Carlin’s last shows he talked about the absurdity of
Palestinians defending themselves being called the “terrorist” and
the Israeli occupying offenders being called the “patriots”.
I got no problem with Mr Carlin.
Whether Mr Carlin cares or not, I wish for his soul to be in peace.
Thank you for the video post imhotep.
I always enjoy Mr Carlin’s own interpretation of some of the absurd
    nonsense we call truth.

  6. Fair comments,Todd. But…. “Athena/Minerva of Greco-Roman antiquity were also religious
lust for glory and power.” Come again? What “Athena/Minerva” are you talking about? NO religious wars in the Hellenistic times. Or Roman for that matter. As Tina Turner might have said, what’s “Lust for glory and power” got to do with religious wars?
The American Civil War, irrespective of who instigated it was not a religious war either, you can’t seriously propose that. Unless you have a personal, highly idiosyncratic definition of religious war.
I was being funny about the nuns not rapping Carlin enough on the knuckles for not paying attention in his history classes. I have three Irish American friends who went to Catholic schools who, all 3 of them, nurse an abiding grudge to the nuns for their sadistic discipline methods. All there lapsed Catholics and “free thinkers.”
Look, I liked Carlin and still do. I don’t agree with you that he was imparting any news to audiences who had never thought along those lines before. He had a well-defined demographic market, mostly college-educated, urban and young audiences, so he was preaching to the choir, to stay with the church metaphor. I happen to be unforgiving of intelligent and honest people who nevertheless march with the 9/11 lie. One could say, “Well, he had to toe the line on that but look he made pro-Palestinians statements.” He was a very smart guy, he had no excuse for it.
He was also by all accounts a guy who retained his Christian ethics: a family man, good father, etc. To this crowd he could have made cracks that excused adultery and got big applause but he did the opposite. In my personal experience of people I’ve known, of all “real” atheists (not the pretend ones who profess atheism but deliver their sons to the mohel for the ritual suction), the most vociferous are always the Catholics. I guess the fervor of their erstwhile faith carries through into their unfaith… 🙂
And of all ex-Catholics who embrace atheism, none do it as passionately as the Irish: Celtic temperament, I guess. That Carlin was a great comic, original, thought-provoking (no Borsch Belt cheap laughs) and a humanist there is no doubt.
