Terrorists, non-state actors had no capacity to down Russian plane, security & aviation experts say

Ed note, MG–ok time to do a little bit of reading between the lines on this one. Although in the story the aviation experts theorize that the most likely explanation for this airliner going down was some type of ‘mechanical failure’, at the same time they make the point of saying that only states who have the resources to devote to hi-tech weaponry would be capable of bringing this down, leaving open the question as to who would benefit the most from something such as this taking place, and we can all guess who those particular parties are.
