The Jerusalem Post

The IDF’s chief rabbi, Brig.-Gen. Rafi Peretz, was recorded speaking strongly against members of the Muslim faith who pray at the Temple Mount. In a transcript of a religious lecture uploaded to the website Kippa, at Mechina Atzmona, Peretz is quoted as answering student questions regarding the significance of the Temple Mount in Islam. Channel 10 later aired a recording of the lecture.
“Jerusalem is not mentioned in the Koran even once,” Peretz said. “Not at all. Not even once. You know what? It’s not even hinted at. You know what? 90% of Arabs don’t know what’s written in the Koran. I’m telling you this–we know a lot better than them,” he added.

Addressing Al-Aksa, the chief rabbi can be heard asking, “What are they doing at the Temple Mount? [if the Muslims] bow down to Mecca in prayer, while their behinds are turned to the Temple Mount.”

Peretz’s speech lasted around an hour. The lecture was not given while the rabbi donned his IDF uniform.
The Brig.-Gen. released a statement through the IDF’s Spokesperson Office asking to clarify that his words were taken out of context and “do not reflect the views of the IDF’s chief rabbi.” The IDF message conveyed that “the Rabbi apologizes if his words offended the Arab population.”

  1. @JM (#1 above) ~ in reference to the links you provided, George Galloway walked out of an event because he was about to be in debate with an Israeli. “I don’t debate with Israelis,” Galloway said. “I don’t recognize Israel.”
    Thus, Galloway boycotted the Israeli.
This upset Jews in the “pro-Palestinian” movement who are supremacists. BDS terrifies Jews. BDS is the only thing that can force Jews to stop slaughtering Palestinians. Therefore Jews in the “pro-Palestinian” movement oppose BDS.
Any Jew who opposes BDS is a Jewish supremacist. An example is Noam Chomsky.
Many Palestinian expatriates also oppose BDS, including Palestinians in the “BDS movement.”
For example, they say they do not condone the boycotting of individuals (like Galloway did). It’s okay to boycott all the individuals that make up Israel, but it’s not okay to boycott any individuals anywhere.
Why do Palestinian expatriates in the “pro-BDS movement” oppose the BDS movement?
They do it because they are safe and comfortable, and they don’t care about Palestinians in Palestine. They just enjoy preening and posturing. It’s a game for them. You will learn this if you ever go to a “pro-Palestinian” event hosted by Palestinians. Theirs is a little club that does not welcome outsiders. Many expatriate Palestinians are openly racist against white people, telling them, “We don’t need or want any outside help or advice.” Instead, they prefer to grovel before Jews, saying they condemn “anti-Semitism.” Their self-righteousness is nauseating. They only care about themselves. In order to keep sermonizing, and playing their childish little games of pretend, they “condemn anti-Semitism.” That is, they grovel to Jews.
Unfortunately many aspects of the BDS movement have been sold out to Jews, who are dedicated to defeating BDS.
It was sold out by Palestinians.

  2. This “Rabbi” knows that he is lying through his teeth and if he tells this lie often enough, the world will start believing it. But little does he know that this game was played by Hitler’s Information Minister, Goebels, and the world is wise to it already.
